Breakfast is served between 6:00 and 11:00 AM, so you can ease into the morning and eat either before or after your tennis session, depending on your rhythm. The day begins on court with your first tennis clinic, where you’ll warm into the retreat and find your flow with the coach guiding sessions from 7:00 to 10:00 AM.

After tennis, the pace slows. Spend the late morning by the pool, head down to the beach, or simply enjoy the island atmosphere. Lunch is a relaxed Colombian island feast prepared by your in-house chef, featuring fried mojarra, coconut rice, fried plantains, and a fresh salad.

The afternoon is reserved for rest during the warmest hours before everyone comes back together on court for the Sanfelino Friendly Tournament — social, playful, and all about good energy. As the sun begins to set, take a beach walk to our neighboring beach club for sunset cocktails, followed by a beachfront dinner on the sand, with the sound of the waves closing out the day.

The morning is dedicated to deepening your game, with structured tennis clinics led by your coach from 7:00 to 10:00 AM. Building on the foundations of the previous day, sessions focus on consistency, movement, and live-ball play, with group rotations that keep things dynamic, social, and engaging. After the morning on court, slow the tempo and enjoy the island. Spend late morning by the pool, unwind on the beach, or simply recharge. Lunch is served at the villa by your in-house chef, featuring fresh Colombian island flavors.

As the sun sets, the group comes together back at the villa for a delicious BBQ, an easy, communal evening of grilled favorites, shared plates, and conversation under the stars.

Wake up to the sound of the Caribbean on your final morning and head to the court after breakfast for your last tennis clinic of the retreat. As on previous days, the session runs from 7:00 to 10:00 AM, offering a relaxed and enjoyable close - a chance to rally, reflect, and savor those final moments on court.

After tennis, take some time to freshen up and prepare for departure before boarding your 20 minute boat transfer back to Cartagena, leaving the island with great memories, new connections, and the feeling that this won’t be your last rally with Sanfelino.
