• Enjoy our traditional shakeout run, and be ready to pose for the official group photo!

• Breakfast at the hotel.

• Group sightseeing tour + transfer to the Expo by private bus.

May 23, Saturday – PASTA DINNER

• Breakfast at the hotel.

• Free morning and afternoon.

• Group pasta dinner.

May 24, Sunday – RACE DAY!!

• Breakfast at the hotel.

• We will meet at the lobby to take the runners to the start line.

• Free afternoon.

• Post-race reception.

May 25, Monday – CHECK-OUT

• Breakfast at the hotel.

• Enjoy your morning before making your way to the airport (on your own) for your return flight home.

Monday, May 25 – CAPE PENINSULA TOUR

• Breakfast at the Westin Cape Town Hotel.

• Full day Cape Peninsula Tour. Cape Point Nature Reserve, Cape of Good Hope, Funicular at Cape Point, Penguins (Boulders), Lunch included. From 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday, May 26 – WELCOME TO AQUILA PRIVATE GAME RESERVE

• Breakfast at the Westin Cape Town hotel.

• Our group shuttle we’ll be waiting for us at the Westin Hotel and will transfer us to the Aquila Private Game Reserve.

• Aquila Private Game Reserve check-in and Safari.

  • Welcome drinks, buffet lunch at the hotel.

  • Safari game drive.

  • Buffet dinner.

  • Stargazing & Marshmallow Roasting in the Boma.

Wednesday, May 27 – AQUILA SAFARI

• Buffet Breakfast at the hotel.
