Itinerario de Viaje
Por la mañana su guía naturalista o el capitán de la embarcación les recogerá en el hotel a las 8:00 am. Inmediatamente se dirigen al muelle de pasajeros Gus Angermeyer donde se toma un taxi acuático para luego abordar la embarcación que les llevará hasta la isla Sante Fe. El tiempo de navegación es de 45 minutos a 1:30 minutos dependiendo de las condiciones climáticas.
Al llegar a la isla Santa Fe  se realiza un panga ride para poder observar aves como piqueros patas azules, gaviotines, gaviotas de cola bifurcada entre otros. Después  se realiza el primer snorkel cerca a la Botella donde se nada acompañados de escuelas de peces de colores. Luego traslado al Barranco, un sitio ideal para nadar con los marinos ya que en ese lugar hay una colonia de lobos marinos. El almuerzo será a bordo de la embarcación.
Posteriormente, se visita Playa Escondida ubicada en la isla Santa Cruz, es una hermosa playa de arena blanca donde puede nadar o simplemente descansar y relajarse.
La pesca se realiza mientras se navega puede ser al empezar la navegación o al final del día, el capitán de la embarcación es un experto en pesca y dará la orden para colocar las cañas de pescar, esta actividdad es opcional. Finalmente se  retorna a Puerto Ayora. Finalmente se  retorna a Puerto Ayora.

Ferry Santa Cruz to → Isabela / 15:00 PM

It was a difficult trip. Weather and sea conditions weren't the best. 
The boat was uncomfortable (amy 1 small) and seats were hard.
I wouldn't repeat this boat trip if I return to Galapagos.

Honestly. I don't know if anyone will see this review or not. Basically, not satisfied at all. There was free storage luggage option. But, It was not possible at the dock. No recommend.

Very good service. On schedule and rather comfortable. 

When we just left, one or two of the engines fell out. We had to continue half speed, which delayed our journey by at least an hour. No appologies from the staff/ company - while this was clearly a maintenance problem. No maintenance, no working engines. They didn't inform us about the issue or the rest of the journey, like what this would mean for the duration, is it still safe, etc. We had our seats in the back, hoping for less motion and sea sickness. Because we went half speed, there was more water coming in. Only one side of the plastic cover was closed - not on our side. So we got pretty wet, one of us even had to move to a seat more in front.

Though the price is much higher, I recommend flying over ferry.

Kein Taxi erschienen, obwohl am Vortag nachgefragt! Taxi kostete zusätzlich 5$ obwohl schon 20$(Abriss und Betrug) bei der Buchung bezahlt wurde!
Am Hafen dann, auf keiner Fähr-Personenliste erwähnt! what a fuck,!!
Versuchen sie mal ohne Spanisch und ohne Internet irgend was vor Ort zu erfahren resp. zu klären!

It was a bumpy te ride. You cannot stand up during the ride and there was also no window (not on our hight) 
A necessary experience to get from one to another island.

Fatal el trato de la embarcación y como conducen el barco con el mar tan ajetreado. No entiendo como pueden tener buena puntuación. Las maletas las revientan y luego hasta se ríen. 

No te lo pierdas, tienes que pagar 1 dolar extra obligatorio para llegar hasta su barco. No tienen ni el detalle de incluirlo con el tiquet.

This company is not reliable. The same trip they offer can be found much cheaper through local agencies or directly at the port in person. On top of paying more for booking online, they also offer an “upgrade” for 5 USD per person to a supposedly better boat. This is completely dishonest and a scam.

We confirmed with several agencies and local residents of the island that such an upgrade does not exist , everyone goes on the same boat. Therefore, they are selling a service that is simply not real.

We have requested a refund at least for the fake upgrade and are still waiting for their response.

I absolutely do not recommend booking with WeTravel.

Paid for a boat upgrade, turned up at the ferry terminal, we were not on the passenger manifest therefore they put us on an available boat which was not the upgraded one we paid for. Emailed the operator, full of excuses and BS. We could see the boat we paid for parked up in the marina but with no staff. Perhaps check other operators. These folks are not for me!

The ride was ok though scary at times due to the currents and speed at which we went over them. But my main issue was with the conductor of the small boat we used to get to the ferry. He demanded extra money from everyone to provide the transfer. I honestly did not have small bills or coins to give him, and he suggested that I get off his boat. Thankfully another passenger paid for me. But we all already purchased the $35 ticket and have no control over where the ferry is docked. I’m certain the small vessel owners get a cut of our fare, so to demand extra compensation is unreasonable.  A tip is something we give voluntarily. What he was doing was damn near extortion. It’s not right.

Ferry San Cristobal to → Santa Cruz / 07:00 am

The transfer itself was absolutely ok but wetravel did a terrible job. We didn’t receive a ticket, weren’t informed about the name of the ferry (there are several starting at the same time to the same destination) and even when I wanted to cancel one member of our tour more than one week prior to the trip Wetravel didn’t respond. Neither WhatsApp Call or message, nor email. The crew of the ferry itself was super helpful and Hast is on their list. So in the end everything went fine. But I wouldn’t book with wetravel again.

Fast, easy and reliable option for transfer between the Islands. 

The worst travel I had.
Disorder at the pier, they changed the boat where I was suposed to travel by another old boat called Andy. The travesy to San Cristobal was a terrible experience. 

The service was good. The boat is a little small so you feel the rough sea

Although some people may not like the waves they actually put me to sleep for a nice nap!


Booking the ferry online worked without any problems. If you buy the ferry ticket locally in a shop, the ticket is $5 cheaper.

Was picked up from our hotel in plenty of time.  Beautiful ship handled the seas much better than the previous crossing.  Had Tv playing movies.  Comfortable seats. Provided with drink and snacks.

The boat that they say we were gonna go in, the Angel Kelly, never arrived, we went on the tropical Bird. Although I pay for premium, $5 additional dollars we didn’t get any premium seats or service, just the same as others… we also paid the $1 water taxi fee for each way. 

The pier at Isabella is very easy to navigate.  All the different ferry’s have a representative behind a shared counter.  You sign in with your boat, get a pass and take the water taxi to the ferry.  Cost an additional $1.  The ride across was easy with comfortable seats. Wi-Fi  In Santa Cruz, you pay another $1 for the water taxi & have to go thru security & have your luggage scanned. 

Getting your pass at the port is a little confusing.  There’s a bunch of people standing around  with clipboard’s & you need to find the one for the boat you’re booked on.   After that, get in line to have your luggage scanned and walk down the pier. You take a water taxi over to the ferry. It cost an additional $1 cash. The ferry ride was fine. Comfortable seats.  WiFi. After arriving in San Cristobal, you take smooth water taxi - another $1 & have your luggage scanned again. 

We paid the extra for a better boat, but were transported on the cheaper boat.

Angel Kelley was a quick ferry, we made it to San Cristobal from Santa Cruz in 1+45. Bottles of water and sick bags (!) were distributed before the trip. Advice for anyone who gets motion sickness - besides taking medication, DO NOT sit in the back row as many websites/reviews advise, because the gasoline fumes will make you nauseous. A few rows farther up, but where you can still see out the window was best for me. Good luck and Happy Travels!

Reliable organization. We had no trouble at all during the whole process of the ferry travel.

We has a great experience. Everything was on schedule and without any incidence.

The experience was terrible, especially for my wife who is prégnant. The driving was awful. I had to cancel two other trips and the conditions of refund are also outrageous. Finally, the price was 35$ per way while all other companies propose 30$. I will never recommend this agency again.

Ferry worked out, sea was quite rough but everything was fine.
We weren’t made aware of having to pay for a boat ferry to our boat from the pier and vice versa.

Wir hatten einen Aufschlag für eine Überfahrt auf einem luxuriöserem Boot gebucht. 
Neben dem, dass wir erst rumfragen mussten, welche Gesellschaft und welches Boot uns transportieren würde, schien meiner Frau und mir das und transportierte Boot keinesfalls luxuriös (meine Frau wird seekrank und etwas Luxus ist da für sie zumindest etwas angenehmer).

Well organized. Good value. Very helpful to us as an international traveler.

The service was excellent. We left before time and even though the currents were rough I felt very safe.  The boat was nice, comfortable and very clean.

Departure location clearly described, boat departed and arrived on time, and everything else also worked perfectly.

Getting onto the Ferry was very confusing, we had gotten to the dock at Santa Cruz at 2:10 for the 3pm ferry which is exactly when they said to arrive.  But with the lines to get through baggage check and then we had to sit in a line to get a water taxi to get out to the ferry we were one of the last to get onto the ferry.  I remember the man that was in charge of grouping people and getting them onto the ferry made us wait a long time before he got us a taxi.  Many people that arrived in the line after us were given priority to get on water taxi's before us.  I am not sure why it wasn't first come first served.  Because of this we were one of the last families on the ferry and had to take seats in the very front.  I had been told to get seats in the back if you had trouble with motion sickness.  It was a very hard ride , we got very sick, my daughter threw up afterwards and I felt very sick.  It was not a pleasant experience.
For the ride back isabele->Santa Cruz, I tried to reach out to Transfer Galapagos and asked if there was a way to reserve back seats and I was told it wasn't possible to reserve seats and that I should just get to the dock at 2:10.  We got to the dock at 1pm and I made sure we were the first inline for the water taxi.  When we got on board we were able to get seats close to the back but when my daughters tried to sit in the very back they were told those seats were reserved for another family that came in after us and they weren't allowed to sit.  I was very upset by this because I had been told we could not reserve seats.  I had been communicating through whats app with Rodrigo from ferry Galapagos Business , the number that had sent me the tickets.  Please let me know if you want a copy of the conversation.
