About this trip

Its like a dry dock ship. Because the world all comes to Santa Fe.”

International travel will remain challenging in 2021. While we yearn for the connection that travel offers, we can explore closer to home—in a place where the world gathers, where people think differently.

Join us August 25-29, 2021 for the next Connecting Growth Globally experience in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This 5-day/4-night trip is designed for the curious traveler who craves intimate, one-of-a-kind experiences in a COVID-safe environment. We go beyond standard tourism, connecting with the stories of leaders who make this diverse region thrive. We explore why the city became an art and food haven. We dive into growth opportunities alongside the challenges of economic inequality, education and environmental sustainability. We stay at the newly renovated Inn & Spa at Loretto, a boutique luxury hotel in the heart of Santa Fe. Group size is limited to 10 curious-minded travelers to emphasize learning and connection.

Santa Fe

It's a place known for art, food and adobe architecture. It's rare that a visitor doesn't fall in love with the city that calls itself the "City Different."

Moving to Santa Fe in 2020 (Left At Albuquerque), I found my curiosity similar to that of traveling to a new country. I could see opportunity; I pondered how things came to be. Ironically, COVID provided a way to more intimately connect with people than might otherwise have happened. I wish to pass on that gift.

Through this unique experience, you'll personally connect with people and stories unique to Santa Fe. Whether you've visited Santa Fe before or this is your first time, your learnings will be your most treasured souvenirs. But don't leave too soon--whether your interest is art, hiking or Native American culture, we encourage you to extend your stay for further exploration.

The trip was fabulous! We did quite a lot in a week, but felt like we had a nice balance between planned activities and moments of downtime for reflection. All of the experiences were thoughtfully crafted to make the most of everyone's time and each experience added to the collective experience. It was a well-rounded trip with approaching Cambodia from a lens on the future. I now have a better understanding of the potential of the country and the many ways both NGOs and small local businesses are working together to make the future bright. Conversation and shared experiences have led to hopefully lifelong friendships.

The Global Leadership Trip to Tanzania was a life changing journey for me. It was well planned and well executed. From the moment I arrived, I felt immersed in a new culture and was able to experience things that I never would have been able to do on my own. Jodi Morris is a true pro!
