No Refund Policy: All payments and reservations made for this trip are non-refundable. This policy is applicable to all attendees, regardless of the circumstances. Whether due to personal commitments, unforeseen events, or any other reason, refunds will not be issued.

This was SUCH a great experience! I was beyond impressed with Tebe and her team. They were so professional and so easy to work with. Our ladies had an AMAZING time. Everything was planned to a T!! This was an amazing experience! The only thing I would change is the length of my stay. I wish we could have stayed longer and seen more of Cape Town. Tebe, Tammy, and Sommet were great hosts. They were very accommodating and knowledgeable about the rich history of Cape Town. Thanks for such an amazing experience.

The trip was amazing. We had a wonderful time with wonderful people. There were some mishaps and events that were not properly organized. For example, we stood on line for 2 hours for table mountain and then we only had 25 mins once we got to the top. That was frustrating because it was beautiful and I would have liked more time up there. I also was frustrated because I was told my airport transfer was included with my package but I had to pay $55 USD from the airport and $16 USD back to the airport. Other than those instances, the trip was great. I wish I had more time in South Africa. I didn’t want to leave.

We understand how this can affect your experience, and your feedback will help us reassess how we manage this excursion to make the experience more enjoyable for everyone. Regarding the airport transfer, we apologize for any misunderstandings. We offer only two group airport transfers on the main arrival and departure dates, and private transfers are available as an additional option at an extra cost.
