Carnival Venezia

Carnival Venezia is the perfect ship for this summer escape — fun, vibrant, and full of that Italian‑inspired energy that makes a July sailing feel extra special. It’s honestly one we haven’t tried yet, which makes it even more exciting. Why not switch things up and explore something new before the school year kicks back in? Venezia brings a fresh mix of Carnival fun and Venetian flair, with gorgeous piazza‑style décor, themed lounges, and plenty of sunny outdoor spaces designed for pure relaxation. From Italian‑inspired eateries and breezy pool decks to lively entertainment and cozy corners to unwind, this ship gives you the best of both worlds: something new to explore and everything you love about cruising. It’s the ideal setting for one last summer hurrah — a chance to reset, recharge, and soak up every drop of sunshine before real life calls again.

Early Bird Deposits

To reserve your space an early reduced deposit of $50p/p (double occupancy) is being offered until Jan 31, 2026.  Balconies and suites require a $100-150 deposit at time of booking per person due to the limited availability.

Deposit received after this date may incur the full $150 p/p along w/your roommate information as long as there is availability (which will be updated weekly). If roommate information is unknown, you may book at a single occupancy rate and update later. However, additional fees may apply when making any changes unless VPP is purchased.

*Please inquire for other promotional rates such as: past guest rates, military rates, etc (prices may be lower). If you have a VPP #, please make sure you provide it at the time of booking.

Prices are subject to change based on current supplier promotions. We highly recommend paying your full deposit ($150pp) as soon as possible in order to get the best room options/locations. Rooms will not be assigned until the full $150 p/p full deposit has been reached for your stateroom.

Group Excursions and Themed Attire

Once we have the majority of our rooms booked, we will discuss optional group excursions and them days/nights for anyone that may be interested.

Difference Between Cruise Categories

FAQ: What do the letters mean (A, B, C)...

The number letter combo is Carnival's way of identifying what type of a cabin and what level that cabin is. The number identifies which type of cabin you have. For example, 4A is an inside, 6A is an ocean view and 8A is a balcony (there are other cats not listed here). In most cases the A level is the lowest deck number with that type of cabin. The B level is the next higher deck with that type of cabin. The C level is the next higher deck with that type of cabin. So 8A might be on deck six and 8B is the same type of cabin (balcony in this case) except it is on deck seven. However, this is not always the case. For example, 9A might be on decks six, seven and eight of the same ship. Also, on some ships (Spirit class) 8B and 8C are on the same deck, as is 8D and 8E. In this case, 8B and 8D are standard balcony cabins and 8C and 8E are extended balcony cabins.

Deposits and Payments

Deposits are non-refundable without the purchase of the Carnival Vacation Protection Plan (VPP) is due at the time of deposit and is applied to all guest in the same stateroom.

We have secured a low deposit for your group. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice.  When booking balcony or suites, your roommate must submit their deposit and information within 24 hours of yours or booking will not be confirmed (due to these staterooms having to be fully deposited at the time of booking).

Note:  All pricing is based on double occupancy.  Single occupancy is 200% of the per person price. If you need triple or quad occupancy rooms, please send us a message for pricing. Taxes, fuel surcharges, port charges and all fees are subject to change.  We also offer roommate matching at no additional cost for those that would rather not travel alone but just can’t find anyone to accompany them. However, it up to the travelers to connect and stay on top of their accounts.

Your payment is due by the 15th of each month. If you would like to set your payments to bi-weekly, please contact us to adjust your plan. It is your responsibility to make the payments on time. Any payments received (5) or more days late will incur a $25 late fee per person or be subject to cancellation. THIS IS ENFORCED FOR THE SUPERBOWL CRUISE DUE TO LIMITED GROUP SPACE.

Bank account payments are free, however, participants paying with card will incur any processing fees at checkout.

Costs includes all meals, entertainment on board ship provided by Carnival cruise line, all taxes, fuel, port charges, fees, and ANSE Host Gift (prices are subject to change – book early).

GRATUITY and VPP are additional.

Pre-Cruise Stay

PRE-CRUISE HOTEL STAY
We advise that everyone try to arrive one day early (if possible). You never know what can happen with weather or airport delays. If a room is needed, please let us know and we can reserve one for you.

If you cannot arrive a day prior to sailing, please make sure you book the earliest flight possible, in case there are any delays.  We advise arriving 1 hour prior to your boarding time and NLT 3pm.

Carnival Staterooms

On a Carnival cruise, your stateroom is your home base. When the day is done, once you've had your fill of fun, you'll head back to your stateroom and settle in for the night. No matter which kind of room you choose — whether you're thinking of a simple Interior or Ocean View, or going grand with a Balcony or Suite — you'll find yours a well-appointed way to wind down the day. And whether it's day or night, all staterooms have a room steward on duty, an attendant you can call for room service, and more sweet perks inside.

🛏️ Understanding Occupancy Options

Single Occupancy Selecting single occupancy means you will have your own room for the duration of the trip. This option is priced for one traveler and does not require a roommate.

Double Occupancy Selecting double occupancy means you will be sharing a room with another traveler.

Prices are listed per person. To ensure accurate room assignments, please provide the full name of your roommate when booking or email us if you are unsure at time of registration. If your roommate is completing their own registration, make sure you both list each other so we can match your reservations correctly.

Gratuities (Tips)

Gratuities

It is customary for our guests to extend gratuities to the shipboard staff in appreciation for their hard work and exceptional service. 100% of your gratuities are distributed to the crew who you interact with, such as your stateroom attendants, dining and culinary services staff, as well as others who work behind the scenes to enhance your overall cruise experience. Applying this charge automatically streamlines the recognition process and ensures our crew will share in your generosity.

For cruise departures on or after April 1, 2023:

  • Standard Staterooms: $16.00 USD per person, per day

  • Suite Staterooms: $18.00 USD per person, per day

  • These rates have been in effect since April 1, 2023, and Carnival has not announced any increases beyond this point.

Pre-Pay
Gratuities can be added at the time of booking or anytime up to the sail date.  If a guest booked with a travel agent, they may contact their travel professional to add pre-paid gratuities to their booking. Prepaid gratuities are reflected in the 'Miscellaneous Charge' field on the confirmation and in the guest’s E-Documents. We highly recommend pre-paying for gratuities.

Sail & Sign®
If a guest has not pre-paid the gratuities, the recommended per person amount will be posted to their Sail & Sign account on the second to last day of the cruise.  Should a guest not be satisfied with the service they receive, they can contact the Guest Services desk while on board. This will allow us to address their concerns in a timely and appropriate fashion. At the discretion of the guest, gratuities may be adjusted after they have been posted on the guest’s account, while on board.  Gratuities, as posted on a guest’s Sail and Sign account, will be considered final after a guest disembarks and no changes will be made after the cruise.

Trip Insurance (VPP) and Cancellations

In life, you never really know what may happen… but you can rely on the Vacation Protection trip cancellation. If you need to cancel for some of the most common reasons (severe weather, illness, etc.) you'll get 100% of the cost of your trip back, in cash. If you need to cancel for any reason not listed in the plan — any reason at all — you'll get 75% back in a Future Cruise Credit Certificate.  Vacation protection costs will vary based on the total trip package and are due at the time of booking.

  • Trip Interruption: Up to total Trip cost reimbursement if you must start your vacation late or need to come home early due to illness, injury and more.
  • Baggage: Up to $1,500 if your stuff is lost, stolen or damaged, and up to $500 reimbursement if you have to buy necessary items while your bags are delayed 24+ hours
  • Medical: Up to $10,000 if you get sick or injured on your vacation
  • Emergency Evacuation: Up to $30,000 for emergency medical evacuation and repatriation (services provided by LiveTravel)

Carnival Vacation Protection is not available to residents of Quebec, New York or Puerto Rico.

There is a $75 cancellation fee for all cancelled bookings. The Cruise-line/Airlines/Hotel fees will be additional and are based on date of cancellation. If cabin is not paid in full at final payment date a $50 late fee may be added and cabin is subject to cancellation.

Travel Documentation (U.S. Citizens)

Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation, throughout the cruise and is the responsibility of the guest.  The guest should check with their government authority to confirm any documents needed for each port of call.  If the proper documents are not presented, the guest will be denied boarding and no refund will be issued.

  • Unexpired and valid for 6 months beyond travel

Birth Certificate AND Unexpired Government-Issued Photo ID

  • Birth Certificate: government-issued, original
  • Photo ID:  unexpired, government-issued for guests ages 16 and older
  • Photo copies are unacceptable

Guests may obtain a copy of a birth certificate by contacting: The Department of Health and Vital Statistics at: www.vitalchek.com

Legal names First and last names on the cruise and airline reservations should match what is on the guest’s government-issued IDs.  Any name changes will require documentation to bridge the name change; Marriage, Divorce or Legal Name change certificates.
