The Villa is located in a private subdivision in Tamarindo "Hacienda Pinilla." Hacienda Pinilla is located within its own 4,500-acre master-planned gated community, often referred to as the Hacienda Pinilla Resort and Residential Community located on the Gold Coast of the Guanacaste province in Costa Rica. It is situated near Santa Cruz and adjacent to beaches such as Playa Avellanas and Playa Langosta.
