Arrive at Cagliari Airport and transfer to Palazzo Doglio, a luxurious hotel located in the heart of Cagliari. As night falls, we will gather for a welcome reception and dinner at the hotel, featuring a sumptuous selection of Sardinian cuisine paired with local wines, offering an unforgettable introduction to the flavors of the island.

After a hearty breakfast at Palazzo Doglio, enjoy an immersive walking tour of Cagliari, exploring both its historic streets and fascinating underground sites, including the picturesque Castello district with a typical Sardinian lunch included. The afternoon will be yours to enjoy at leisure: perhaps explore the vibrant markets, stroll along Poetto Beach, or relax at the hotel. In the evening, we will gather for dinner at Luigi Pomata, where Chef Luigi will treat us to a memorable dining experience featuring his signature dishes and other locally inspired creations.

Our first stop today will be at Unesco engineering marvel site Porto Flavia. Enjoy guided mine tour and boat ride, exploring the stunning cliffs, learning about the region's mining heritage and the picturesque island town of Carloforte, known for its rich tuna fishing heritage. For lunch, savor a traditional meal featuring local tuna specialties, highlighting the flavors that have made the region famous. 

Today we are heading to Su Gologone Experience Hotel, nestled in the heart of Sardinia. Along the way, enjoy a delicious lunch at Seafood Restaurant Da Leonardo.The drive offers stunning views of Sardinia’s countryside, from rolling hills to rugged mountains. Upon arrival at Su Gologone, check in and take some time to relax or explore the hotel’s amenities. In the evening, we will gather for an authentic Sardinian meal at the hotel's renowned restaurant, celebrated for its commitment to preserving and sharing the culinary treasures of the region. 

After breakfast, we will set off for a thrilling boat day in Cala Gonone, where you’ll explore the breathtaking coastline, pristine beaches, and hidden coves of the Gulf of Orosei. It’s time to swim or simply relax at this spectacular stretch of Sardinian coast. After our adventure at sea, we’ll have free time at Su Gologone, discover from its artisan workshops to its serene gardens. In the evening, we will gather for dinner in Oliena town, where you’ll enjoy a meal featuring traditional Barbagian cuisine. 

Immerse yourself in the authentic ruraltraditions of Sardinia with our special Shepherd’s Day experience. You’ll visit a local farm, where you’ll learn about the art of pecorino cheese-making from expert shepherds, watching as they demonstrate each step of the process. Afterward, enjoy a farm-fresh lunch featuring the rich flavors of the region. Spend the afternoon exploring the serene countryside or relaxing at Su Gologone. In the evening, we’ll gather at the hotel for a special Blue Zone dinner, inspired by the longevity-focused diet of Sardinia, featuring nutritious and flavorful dishes that celebrate the island's healthy culinary heritage. 

This morning, we’ll depart from Su Gologone and make our way to Simonetta Bazzu’s  family home, learning to make Sardinian breads and pastas. Enjoy a delicious lunch featuring these homemade delights as featured on Stanley Tucci’s “Searching for Italy.” After lunch, we will continue our journey to Golfo Aranci and check in to the beautiful Gabbiano Azzurro Hotel, located right on the stunning coast. In the evening, we will gather for dinner at the hotel, where you’ll enjoy a delightful meal with fresh local ingredients and coastal flavors. 

Spend a leisurely morning enjoying the pristine beach and luxurious amenities at Gabbiano Azzurro Hotel. Take a refreshing swim in the clear turquoise waters, lounge on the sandy beach, or explore the beautiful property at your own pace. For lunch, feel free to dine on your own at one of the hotel’s restaurants. In the afternoon, we’ll set off for an excursion to the glamorous town of Porto Cervo, the heart of the Costa Smeralda. Explore the elegant boutiques, charming piazzas, and picturesque marina. In the evening, we’ll gather for a memorable dinner at La Brisciola, a local favorite known for its exquisite cuisine and refined atmosphere. This morning, we’ll depart from Golfo Aranci and make our way to the charming coastal city of Alghero, where you’ll check in to the elegant Villa Las Tronas Hotel, a historic villa offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Take some time to settle into your luxurious surroundings and explore the hotel’s stunning property or relax by the sea. In the evening, we’ll head into town for dinner, where you’ll have the chance to savor Alghero’s rich culinary traditions at a local restaurant (details to be confirmed), enjoying fresh seafood and Catalan-influenced Sardinian cuisine in a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

On our final full day in Sardinia, we will embark on a delightful winery experience at the prestigious Capichera estate, one of the island’s most renowned and historic wineries. Take a guided tour of the beautiful vineyards and cellars, learning about the winemaking process and the unique characteristics of Sardinian wines. Enjoy a wine tasting session, savoring a selection of their finest wines paired with local delicacies. After this indulgent day, return to Golfo Aranci for some relaxation. In the evening, we will gather for a grand finale dinner at the hotel, where we have the chance to share favorite memories of our journey together and bid our farewells.
