Arielle Ferrell

Arielle believes that coupling the art of massage therapy with profound compassion provides us with the tools to heal ourselves from the inside-out. When intention and intuition are utilized, it awakens the mind-body connection; our lives recalibrate, and we find balance within. Arielle specializes in Sarga Bodywork, Thai-Vedic Yoga Massage, TMJ intraoral massage & Reiki.

Reviews

Arielle embodies presence, honesty, patience, and charisma, making her an excellent role model who upholds the core principles taught in Sarga. She radiates kindness paired with confidence, which creates an ideal learning environment. This is especially valuable as many of us struggle with the urge to overcompensate for physical and emotional imbalances during the learning process. Her sweet little dog, resting peacefully in his bed during class, serves as a gentle reminder to seek effortlessness in the moment. For me, Sarga 101 was a spiritual experience—a reminder that gracefulness is a state of awareness that embraces the whole: a unity of joy and suffering, a merging where an epiphany of sorts can arise and for a moment, all seems to make sense in this bizarre existence. We rarely give ourselves the space to process our experiences, and even more rarely do we patiently receive and truly witness another's pain within our communities. The reality is that massage school and CEUs can't prepare us for every kind of suffering that might show up on our table. But the Sarga practice offers us tools to better adapt our skills and approach to meet these differences with insight and inspiration.

I took sarga 101 and 102 back to back. Learning sarga was such a beautiful experience, it changed the way I think of bodywork as a whole. Sarga in my understanding is where patience and presence blend to become a truly impactful session for each client. I’m grateful for Arielle and her teaching style. Sarga is challenging especially with no prior barefoot experience. When I got frustrated she stayed patient and worked with me to figure out where I can make adjustments. Usually I’m a cryer when I get frustrated, but I didn’t shed a tear the whole time and I credit Arielle for that. She’s extremely knowledgeable of anatomy and the passion she has for this modality shines through in all aspects of her teaching. I have no complaints. Thank you!
