Arielle was a fantastic instructor. She was patient and encouraging when it mattered most. She was knowledgable not just about how she would practice but alterations for every situation. She had a beautiful and peaceful area for us to learn everything we needed to be sent on our own. She obviously cares about her passions and encourages everyone to find that in their own practices. I will be joining her for the next classes I can attend to further my knowledge on Sarga. I left the classroom setting with the tools I needed to continue my practice with the new knowledge and techniques & more. I am fresh from school, and in that schooling we had an extended portion on myofascial techniques and after the Sarga class with Arielle, I felt that I truly started to know what myofascial was meant to be. She is an excellent trainer! Encouraging, patient instructor... explains things well and demonstrates the proper movements or placements. Answered all my questions and gave us longevity tips and educated us on taking care of our new gear.

Even though several days have passed since Sarga 101 ended, I still find myself thinking about the class from morning until night. Sometimes in life, you realize you are not simply learning a new technique — you are learning a completely new way of experiencing life itself. That is what Sarga felt like to me. Through this work, I learned how to understand people through the body, how healing can come through connection rather than force, and how bodywork has the power to truly improve the quality of someone’s life. For that experience, I sincerely thank God. And most of all, I want to thank Arielle. From early morning until late evening, she poured her entire heart and energy into teaching us with kindness, patience, and incredible passion. She did not simply teach techniques — she demonstrated the mindset, care, and philosophy behind truly working with the human body. Because of her, all of us are already looking forward to Sarga 102. The classmates were also something special. Just a few days earlier, we were strangers, yet by the end of the training we had become like brothers and sisters — encouraging one another, supporting one another, and cheering each other on. I realized that meaningful learning has the power to change not only skills, but relationships too. And I also want to thank Rachel, who quietly supported everything behind the scenes. Sometimes the calmest support becomes the strongest foundation. To anyone reading this who may be curious about Sarga, I want to say this: If you want life to feel exciting again… If you want to reconnect with passion, purpose, and the joy of learning… If you want to understand the human body — and people themselves — on a deeper level… Take a Sarga class with Arielle. But be careful. Sarga is not just education. It may suddenly give you new goals, new dreams, and maybe even make you rethink the direction of your career and your life. So enter carefully. …it’s dangerously fun.
