Pousada Dharma Shala is right in the center of Ecovilla Goura Vrindávana, which in turn is located within the paradisiacal Serra da Bocaina National Park, in the mountains of the Costa Verde, and the tourist and historical city of Paraty, in the south of the state of Rio. de Janeiro. Sattva Yoga is another method of Hatha Yoga, created by Gustavo Ponce, a creative teacher who gives his students the fruit of his experience and study. Hatha Yoga is a system that balances mental energy with body energy and when this happens we enter a state of Sattva.

It is a therapeutic method and contains the essence of the IYENGAR, ASHTANGA, VINYASA AND VINIYOGA methods. Alignment and flow. Sattva Yoga
