About your trip

Say Yes to You -a Journey of self-love

Sarah and Kristen invite you to “ Say Yes to You”…an invitation to embrace self-acceptance and self-love, urging us to recognize the Divinity which lies  within each of us.

By saying yes to yourself, you grant permission to slow down, to open your heart to pursue your passions, dreams, and aspirations. This retreat invites and invokes with you the opportunity to silence the inner critic and celebrate your uniqueness, fostering a deeper connection with the truest version of who you are-your original state of being which is that of light & peace.

Ultimately, it’s about living authentically, making choices that align with your values, and honoring the journey of self-discovery and personal growth.

If you are called to saying Yes to You join us on Crystal Lake….

Cancelation policy

While it is our hope that you will not need to cancel it is necessary for us to let you know that this retreat needs a minimum of 7 attendees to run, in the event that we do not meet that minimum the retreat will be canceled and you will be fully refunded.  In the event you can no longer join us the $500 deposit is non refundable and the rest of the retreat is refundable until August 8 after which you will only be refunded if you provide a replacement for your space.

Sarah Lindgren
I began practicing yoga in 2006 while I was expecting my first daughter. That initial experience of self love and fully being present in my body, even with all of the crazy changes was truly profound! Since then I have found that a practice guided by my own intuition and the principals of the 8 limb path of yoga provides me with a deeper understanding of myself. I practice and teach because yoga gives you permission to be yourself, uncovered, and beautifully raw. I love the honesty of the yoga practice and how it demands self acceptance, which is truly the heart of this practice. As a Yoga Teacher I've been teaching yoga since summer of 2015, gaining 200 hour certification in 2016 from Moksha Yoga in Chicago, completing the program with more than 700 hours of training. Training with yoga masters like Gary Kraftsow and Aadil Palkhivala. My mission as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher is to help make the world of yoga more accessible to all students.
