AM Practice 7:30am - 9:30am – a classic morning practice, accessible to any and all levels, that includes asana, breath work, some theory and adjustments

Sayulita Surf Trip 12:00pm - 4:00pm Ride the waves of Sayulita’s world-class surf! Whether you're a seasoned surfer or a total beginner, this afternoon adventure is all about play, flow, and fun in the sun. With warm Pacific waters and gentle rolling waves, Sayulita is the perfect spot to catch a wave, build confidence, and embrace the joy of the ocean. Surfboard rentals and lessons included, or simply come along to swim, sunbathe, and soak up the beach vibes.

PM Practice + Shares 5:00pm - 7:00pm – A slower, lower, more restorative evening practice, breath work, and reflections/sharing circle to end the day

An experienced, international yoga teacher who’s taught and hosted retreats in seven countries. Kirby's passion lies in embodying yoga as a means to live life to its fullest potential. With extensive training in various styles, including vinyasa, yin, and Katonah Yoga, she brings a unique blend of intelligently sequenced flow, yogic philosophy, and Bhakti to her creatively formed classes. A dedicated practitioner and student, Kirby is known for her ability to create spaces of community and connection through her nurturing presence.

This trip was one to remember forever! Kirby and Evan were the perfect balance of guidance, mentors, facilitators, and trusted friends. I received everything I had hoped for and more! I left the retreat feeling balanced, calm, happy, and full of joy. I highly recommend it!

Words cannot describe how amazing Kirby’s Yoga Retreat was, an experience filled with love, that is permanently engraved in my heart. I came to this retreat with hopes of rest and renewal, but what I experienced was beyond anything I could have imagined. From the moment I arrived, I felt held in a space of beauty, peace, and authenticity. Each practice was thoughtfully guided, creating not just movement but a journey inward. The surroundings, the people, and the energy of the retreat were pure magic. I left each day feeling lighter, more connected, and deeply inspired to go further on my path—both in yoga and in life. This retreat experience absolutely changed my life. Kirby and Iva were such incredible hosts and guides of the experience. I felt so safe, cared for, and the retreat arch was very transformational. From the yoga, conversations, in between moments, excursions, high vibration meals, and the location we stayed at was so very healing and at a perfect time to set the tone for the year ahead. I loved the way each day built on itself and each yoga and share circle deepened our collective experience. Kirby and Iva are two incredible yogis and I am eternally grateful.
