Chance to read, relax, or go for a walk on the lovely coast path or visit nearby Gara Rocks for a coffee or tea or the sandy beach at Mill Bay.
3:00pm to 4:00pm Afternoon swim in one of the luscious bays around Gara Rock and Salcombe, with our instructor and safety support team, or 10k run, depending on your preference. Our swim instructor will film you swim stroke for analysis later on, to improve your sea swim technique.
6:00pm Dinner
7:00pm Nature Connection talk with Ceri
