• All land and boat transfer are based on Seaventures’ scheduled time & on the actual check-in & check-out date; minimum 2 persons on all transfers otherwise surcharges apply
• No ala-carte meals provided. Dietary requirements/restrictions can be catered for if arranged well in advance but may be subject to a surcharge
• Sipadan diving is subject to permit approval and quota availability. 1 day of Sipadan diving is guaranteed with above package assuming no weather issues or force majeure
• Strictly no solo diving allowed regardless of certification
• Night diving in the house-reef is permissible for certified Night Divers. The night diving must be with a buddy and is subject to sea/weather condition. No diving after 7:00pm and there will be no night
• boat dives. Night diving in the house-reef is free of charge.
• For safety reasons, ALL divers MUST use a dive computer. Sharing is not allowed.
• All divers will have to be certified as Advanced Open Water divers at a minimum, and one permit will only allow two dives per day at Sipadan Island (third dive that day will be done in Mabul or Kapali)
• Divers must carry dive accident and evacuation insurance
• Taxes are subject to change until travel
• All prices are based on rate of exchange against the MYR at time of print and are subject to fluctuation until final payment of entire group or check out for payments made on the rig.
