Join Dr. Abby Paloma in an exploration of harmonious seasonal living in Autumn and the metal element. In Chinese Medicine, metal corresponds with the Autumn season and is the element of structure, setting boundaries and letting go.
The Sangha Series will begin on Sunday October 17th, 10:00-11:30am EST, meeting for six weekly sessions via Zoom, from the comfort of your own home.
The series will create an intimate space to gather in Sangha (aka Community), to practice, study and share. In each meeting, Abby will offer you a movement, meditation and breath practice, inspired by the wisdom of the metal element.
Abby will facilitate discussions relevant to yoga practice and teaching. Discussions will cover what is alive in your personal practice (and, if you teach, in your teaching practice.) This is a container to show up with your full selves, and be vulnerable and honest. In this Sangha, participants will learn from each other and support one another’s growth and refinement.
The Sangha will meet once a week for 90 minute sessions for six consecutive weeks. It is requested that you have no more than one absence.
Sliding scale $250-350 for six weeks
