IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Refunds only allowed if your spot can be transferred to someone else. Please read the cancellation policy in depth.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All retreats are non-refundable once purchased unless the retreat is cancelled by the property and another venue is not provided. The following is our cancellation policy:
For all retreats, if force majeure (e.g. pandemic, natural disasters, travel restrictions, etc.) causes a retreat to be canceled, we will offer a rescheduled date for the retreat. In this case, we will not refund payments when it is due to causes beyond our control. If the rescheduled retreat date does not work for you, full or partial credit (not a refund) towards another one of our retreats at any destination may be possible.
If you need to cancel, refunds are not offered unless you find someone to take your spot or we fill the spot. We may need to refund you minus any administrative fees incurred in filling your spot.
A minimum $500 processing fee will be assessed for all cancellations.
We cannot reimburse any travel costs associated with your stay. For this, we recommend travel insurance.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Any credits expire one year after your original arrival date. Refunds or credits will not be given after that time.
There are no refunds or discounts given for arriving late or early departure or for guests who choose not to partake in meals or events..

Please consider travel insurance to protect the investment in your vacation plans. Travel (or trip) insurance is available from several companies. We recommend that you carefully review their policies as many provide different levels of protection.

La vita è bella is the heart of this ancient Tuscan farm, an enormous house of 300 m² suitable for up to eight people.
On the ground floor, you can find a large dining room with open fire, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a library and a tv room.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms, each with a separate ensuite bathroom.
There are also two shady terraces, one of these covered and a large private garden.
Single Occupancy: (2) King Bed
Shared Occupancy: (8) Twin Bed
Two single beds in a beautiful, open air, spacious room in the Villa. Ensuite Bathroom and clean and open space.
A lovely house, comprising an area of 130 m², and a private garden for sunbathing. It is perfect for four to six people and has two bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a well equipped kitchen connected to the dining room and a large living room, as well as a shady terrace for outside dining.

Double Occupancy: (4) Twin Bed
This apartment, 60 m², is located on the ground floor, is ideal for two to three people. It has a combined living/kitchen room with a small but well equipped kitchen, one double bedroom and a small sitting area that can be converted into a single bedroom, each with a separate ensuite bathroom. There is also a delightful sheltered terrace, next to the private pergola with extraordinary views.
