Booking Policy

These terms and conditions govern your booking with Essence Wellness Retreats & constitute a binding agreement between Essence Therapy & Wellness Center & the participants.

By making a booking with Essence Wellness Retreats, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly reviewed & understood the following terms & conditions on behalf of yourself & any individuals included in the booking.

Your booking is confirmed & becomes valid upon receiving a confirmation email from Essence Wellness Retreats & upon completion of the required deposit payment.

Please note that Essence Wellness Retreats exclusively caters to individuals of all genders aged 18 years & older, unless noted specifically on a retreat package.

Deposit & Monthly Payments

To secure your reservation for any advertised retreat & specific dates, you must submit a non-refundable deposit per person along with our online booking form. The deposit for each Essence Wellness Retreat is listed on each booking & is required to secure your spot on said retreat. Monthly payments will be automatically deducted from the card used for the deposit, with reminders sent to the email address you listed on your booking.

All deposits are non-refundable. Full payment is due 60 days before the departure date, which is set by the tour operator. Failure to complete payments by this deadline will result in the cancellation of your booking by Essence Wellness Retreats/Tour Operator.

Please be aware that hold deposits, made for various essential services such as accommodation reservations, are non-refundable and non-creditable.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances may disrupt your plans. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable.

2. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the start date of the retreat, unless otherwise specified & communicated in writing with the retreat host.

3. All sales are final after 48 hours of booking.

4. In the event that you are unreachable to finalize payment within 60 days of your booking, Essence Wellness Retreats reserves the right to cancel your reservation, & all payments will be forfeited.

5. By completing the booking & making the deposit, you confirm your acceptance of these terms & conditions.

Retreat Pricing

All retreat prices are quoted per person & payable in USD. Essence Wellness Retreats is not responsible for any currency exchange fees or credit card/bank charges incurred during fund processing in another currency.

Your travel arrangement price does not include flights, travel insurance, medical insurance, excess baggage charges, tips, food, beverages, or additional activities not confirmed as part of your retreat package, unless expressly stated in the What's Included/What's Not Included Section of the retreat brochure.

Cancellation By Essence Wellness Retreats

Essence Wellness Retreats reserves the right to cancel a retreat at its sole discretion, including but not limited to reasons such as low participant numbers, compromised safety, in-country political concerns, weather or life-threatening situations. In case of cancellation, full refunds will be provided to all participants.

Upon arrival at Phoenix Airport, meet with our representative & transfer to your accommodations in Sedona, AZ.
