We hope you can join us for an unforgettable yoga retreat in the stunning and spiritually charged Sedona, Arizona! Sedona is known for its magical energy vortexes, offering the perfect backdrop for relaxation, rejuvenation, and personal growth.

A day pass includes access to the property and all other amenities as well as the opening & closing ceremonies, meditation, pranayama, yoga, any other group activities and snacks, breakfast, dinner and drinks.
You'll also be able to book massage & other spa services (as available).
A single day is $90 and a 4 day pass is $250.
Daily breathwork classes
Egg bake, fresh fruit, greek yogurt, granola, bagels, muffins, toast

7-815pm: Recharge & Restore Yoga (an incredibly relaxing class, all poses are reclining or lying down and held for 7-12 minutes, the goal is to fall asleep, essential oils and gentle touch are part of the class)
Till bedtime: Open discussion around fire/evening walk or hike/stargazing/meditation
7:00am-7:30am: Meditation/pranayama or hike/sleep
8am-9am: Yoga
9:30-10:30am: Breakfast
10:30a-5:30pm: Choose your own adventure
