Sedona Soul Journey
Are you wanting for some soul nourishing, healing and red rocks adventures? Join Jaya Lakshmi and Ananda Das as they lead you on a stunning and mystical red rocks soul journey in Sedona, Arizona. Known for its world class hiking, sweeping views, canyons and powerful vortexes, Sedona is a place that brings awe and nourishes the soul.
Throughout these 5 days, Jaya Lakshmi and Ananda Das will share their favorite hikes and swimming spots, offer evening music on sunset hikes or at the center, provide daily bhakti kundalini style yoga all the while staying at a gorgeous estate. To top it off, it includes three delicious organic vegetarian meals per day catered by a private chef.

Hiking, swimming and adventures
Jaya Lakshmi and Ananda Das will be leading the group on some of their favorite hikes in the area. Having been to Sedona many times since 2012, these two will lead you to extraordinary spots with sweeping views. In addition, they will bring instruments to serenade with mantras and heart songs. The hiking will be easy to intermediate level. Max 3 hours hiking round trip.
This Soul Adventure will be over the Summer Solstice and it will be hot. Luckily, Sedona has spectacular river spots along Oak Creek that have carved out stunning cliffs and canyons. Each day we will go for swims/dips in these stunning locations. See the pictures to get the feel. There is also a pool at one of the estates.
Yoga and Chanting
This retreat will also help deepen your love and practice of chanting, bhakti, yoga, and ceremony in a majestic and elevating environment. We will sing and dance our hearts open. We will rejuvenate, relax, and explore yoga as a practice of embodying spirit in a heart opening and devotional way. Through daily meditation and chanting you will refine your perspective of these practices and yourself.

What level do I need to be?
The retreat is open to all people and of all levels of yoga and kirtan experience. Each participant will practice according to their individual needs guided by Jaya Lakshmi and Ananda Das. Loving care, attention and support for your experience will always be available. This retreat is truly a gift to yourself!

Your Stay
There will be two different homes to choose from. They are both incredible luxury homes right on Oak Creek and with majestic views of Cathedral Rock. They are right next door to each other and walking distance. For videos of the home, click the links below:
Food
We will have a private chef preparing three scrumptious organic vegetarian meals for us daily.
Sample Day on the Sedona Red Rocks Soul Journey:
-8am-10am: Yoga led by Jaya Lakshmi & Ananda Das (daily offerings of Kundalini Yoga and meditation as well as Vinyasa Flow influenced classes)
-10am: Breakfast
-10am-2pm: Free time (Swimming)
-2pm: Lunch
-4pm-6pm: Afternoon activities (cacao ceremony, Chanting workshop, yoga, or meditation)
-6pm: Dinner
-7pm-10pm: Evening Sunset Hikes with Live Music
Travel and Flight Details:
Most common and cheapest flights will be into Phoenix. From there it is a 2 hour drive to Sedona. You can also fly into Flagstaff which is about a 45 minute drive. You will either need to rent a car or share a car with another participant. Let us know if you would like to share a car and we can try and link you up with someone else.

Registration:
Please note that the deposit reserves the room and is non-refundable. In certain cases Jaya Lakshmi and Ananda Das will offer to transfer the deposit to a future retreat or refund it fully if the room is reserved by another person. This is at their discretion. If you cancel within 30 days, we will keep the full amount unless someone can fill your spot.

The Casita is a beautiful studio apartment with a queen bed, private bath with shower and tub, and kitchenette. It is right next door to the Moondance and Transition Homes where all activities will take place
With outstanding views of Cathedral Rock, this charming 1 bedroom apartment comes complete with a queen size bed, kitchen, full bathroom, living room, Wi-Fi, deck, and propane grill.
