Join Jaya Lakshmi and Ananda as they lead you on a stunning and mystical red rocks soul journey in Sedona, Arizona. Known for its world class hiking, sweeping views, canyons and powerful vortexes, Sedona is a place that brings awe and nourishes the soul.
Throughout these 5 days, Jaya Lakshmi and Ananda will lead the group on their favorite hikes, offer evening chant and heart song circles, and provide daily Yoga with live music all the while staying at a gorgeous estate. To top it off, it includes three delicious organic vegetarian meals per day.
Covid-19: We understand there is a lot of concern in regards to events and retreats in person. We are doing primarily out door focused retreats/activities with small groups to minimize risk. We are also offering full refunds up to 10 days prior if something were to come up in regards to Covid. After that, there will not be a refund but you can pay it forward to a future retreat with us. We certainly want people to be safe and healthy. We also feel inspired to join together in community and be uplifted. We are learning as we go as this is all so new. Hiking and adventures
Jaya Lakshmi and Ananda will be leading the group on some of their favorite hikes in the area. Having been to Sedona many times since 2012, these two will lead you to extraordinary spots with sweeping views. In addition, they will bring instruments to serenade with mantras and heart songs. The hiking will be easy to intermediate level. Max 3 hours hiking round trip.
Yoga and Chanting
This retreat will also help deepen your love and practice of chanting, bhakti, yoga, and ceremony in a majestic and elevating environment. We will sing and dance our hearts open. We will rejuvenate, relax, and explore yoga as a practice of embodying spirit in a heart opening and devotional way. Through daily meditation and chanting you will refine your perspective of these practices and yourself.

What level do I need to be?
The retreat is open to all people and of all levels of yoga and kirtan experience. Each participant will practice according to their individual needs guided by Jaya Lakshmi and Ananda. Loving care, attention and support for your experience will always be available. This retreat is truly a gift to yourself!

Your Stay

Food
We will have a private chef preparing three scrumptious organic vegetarian meals for us daily.
-8am-10am: Yoga led by Jaya Lakshmi & Ananda (daily offerings of Kundalini Yoga and meditation as well as Vinyasa Flow influenced classes)
-10am: Breakfast
-10am-2pm: Hiking
-2pm: Lunch
-4pm-6pm: Afternoon activities (cacao ceremony, Chanting workshop, yoga, or meditation)
-6pm: Dinner
-8pm-10pm: Chant and Heart Song Circle
Travel and Flight Details:
Most common and cheapest flights will be into Phoenix. From there it is a 2 hour drive to Sedona. You can also fly into Flagstaff which is about a 45 minute drive. You will need to rent a car.
Registration:
Please note that the deposit reserves the room and is non-refundable. In certain cases Jaya Lakshmi and Ananda will offer to transfer the deposit to a future retreat or refund it fully if the room is reserved by another person. This is at their discretion.
Covid-19 Refund:
For Covid-19 related issues affecting health or travel, we will allow for a full refund up to 10 days prior. If it is within 10 days, we will keep the deposit unless someone can fill your spot. You will always be able to use your deposit for a future retreat.
