Love YOURSELF! Give yourself this nurturing experience! This retreat we will dive deep within, meeting and healing our Inner Child. We will witness subconscious beliefs and how our body has held onto past trauma in meditation, self-inquiry and body scanning. Meet your Inner Child in Shamanic Journey where you can offer them love, healing and intergration. In sound healing, yoga and movement you will begin to heal the nervous system and Vagus Nerve, while becoming more grounded in your body. Within sharing circles, be seen, heard and receive the healing that comes from being witness in a safe and pure container. Fire, Cacao and Intergration ceremonies and soul retrieval assist in opening the heart with compassion, grace and Self-Love as the energy of the sacred vortex of Sedona support with high vibrational energy.
The resort where the retreat will be held is overlooking Bell Rock, Court house and Castle Rock, views right from your window and private patio area with hiking trails just steps away!! There is a pool and a hot tub as well as a fire pit where we will have song and sharing circles.
