About this trip

Revive your soul and ignite your spirit against the backdrop of Sedona. Know as one of the spiritual capitals of the US, home of energetic vortexes, healing universal energy, and the beautiful red rocks. Spend 5 days with Kelly Smith and Sam Kalawart doing daily yoga, meditation, breath work healing, workshops and eating nourishing plant based meals while taking time to reset, relax, and rejuvenate from the inside out.


Over the course of this retreat you will get the opportunity to explore and enjoy Sedona and the surrounding area in between healing and wellness sessions. Go on hikes though the red rocks, explore downtown Sedona, and absorb the healing energy of the vortexes and crystals. Each day will offer opportunities to expand your awareness and deepen your spiritual practice, as we connect to this sacred land. 


A typical day might include 

-Morning yoga with Kelly

-Plant based and nourishing breakfast

-Trip into Sedona for shopping, hiking, or a massage

-Breath work healing session

-Dinner

-Evening yoga nidra and energy healing

Kelly is great, and I really enjoy learning from her. She is down to earth and honest, which made me feel very welcome. The training was very informative and I encourage others to take this course, even if you do not intend to teach. It’s very valuable and a great investment for the self! Much love!
This was an amazing experience, especially being my first international trip. Kelly was wonderful and answered all my questions and helped ease all my anxiety as I prepared for travel. Kelly also did a wonderful job incorporating great yoga sessions and Iceland tours, to make the absolute most of our time on our trip. I really hope to take another adventure with Kelly :)
