Five days at the foot of Sedona's red rocks during the most powerful season of the year. A group visit to the Grand Canyon. And a teacher who has led over twenty retreats around the world, now bringing her practice home under her own name for the very first time. Join Erica Chen for The Sedona Yoga Retreat, an intimate fall gathering on land long known for its vortex sites and sacred energy, where the practice is to feel what you've been carrying, release what no longer serves you, and return home with clarity and a new community.
Erica has guided more than twenty retreats around the world. This October, for the first time, she's leading one under her own name. The Sedona Yoga Retreat was built around a single question: how are you actually spending your energy?
We come to Sedona in October because the land and the season are working together. Fall is the great release. Sedona is one of the most energetically alive places on the planet, home to four major vortex sites and sacred ground long used for reflection and meditation. You'll feel the shift the moment you arrive.
A note on what's changed. This retreat was originally designed as a smaller gathering of less than 10 students. The response was so much greater than expected that we opened a second house just a short walk (or three minute drive) from our home base. Both properties are full sanctuaries in their own right, and the two houses come together each day for practice, meals, and group experiences.
Over five days, Erica will guide you through a transformative experience in the Red Rocks. Morning flows designed to wake up what's been dormant. Journaling prompts that ask the harder questions: where is your energy going, who is it going to, and how can you spend it wisely. Evening practices to integrate, soften, and let go.
Our main home base is the Sacred Sedona Sanctuary, a former spiritual center reimagined as a private estate, complete with a meditation labyrinth, gardens, walking trails, expansive decks, and a hot tub beneath star filled skies. The labyrinth is yours to walk anytime. So are the gardens, the trails, and every quiet corner you'll find on the property.
Our second home is a beautiful West Sedona estate with its own outdoor yoga and meditation area, a hot tub, a fire pit, multiple gathering spaces, and views of the red rocks at sunset. Guests staying here have everything they need for rest, reflection, and connection between sessions.
One morning, we go bigger. A group visit to the Grand Canyon, the kind of experience that resets your sense of scale and stays with you for years. You'll return that evening for a restorative practice, a long soak, and a slow group dinner.
The rest of the days unfold gently. Morning practice with Erica. Breakfasts shared family style. Free afternoons for vortex hikes, time in community, or simply resting. Evening flows designed to integrate everything the day brought up. Meals that taste like someone cooked them with care, because they did.
You'll leave with your nervous system softened, your practice deepened, and a much clearer sense of where your energy belongs. And new friends who held space with you on sacred ground.
Four nights at either the Sacred Sedona Sanctuary or our second West Sedona estate, just a short walk away. Both properties offer hot tubs, outdoor space, and red rock views.
