We all know that change is inevitable, but how can we create the right conditions to nurture and foster healthy shifts in our lives? Following the death and decay of Winter, Spring brings a new cycle of change & growth; a time for planting seeds. The element of Spring is wood, while represents a tree or a sprout bursting out of the earth to explore new opportunities & possibilities.
At Stowel Lake Farm we'll practice together to birth our ideas through a Seed Planting Ceremony, Taoist Astrology, Unity Partner / AcroYoga and Partners Thai Massage.
Vancouver yoga teachers Nicola Bennett and Susan Horning have been teaching alongside one another since 2012, and enjoy connecting in healing practices together, including the playful Acroyoga, therapeutic Thai Massage and simple postures of Partner and Hatha yoga. Nicola is a trained Naturopathic Doctor, Kinesiologist and Gymnast and Sue is a professional Feng Shui Consultant, Astrologist, Herbalist and successful business owner. Together, they combine their talents in a warm, welcoming atmosphere that is accessible to all levels and abilities. Please join us in good company!
