It’s easy to become overwhelmed by the extra demands on our time and energy in December and this can distract you from fully enjoying this special time and lovingly connecting with friends and family. Our wellness instructors for the day will gently guide you through exercises applying techniques including: meditation, journaling, crystal grids (with your own to take home), singing bowls, and yoga. We’ll also take time to relax in the healing environments of the spa.
Although we’ll experience many healing techniques, the day will also be fun and relaxing. By the end, you will feel like a new person with a refreshed outlook for the weeks ahead.
