Join Walker Wellness Retreats as we host an incredible three-night/ four-day retreat in beautiful southern Utah. Expand your knowledge of how to take care of one’s mind, body, and soul during this informative and fun wellness retreat. Escape the stress that can come from life and embark on a life-changing journey as you bask in breath-taking scenery and attend wellness workshops lead by some of the top professionals in the field.
Depart to the retreat home at approximately 2:00 PM
A light dinner will be ready for us when we arrive.
830PM- Welcome orientation and introductions followed by free time to enjoy the hot tub, journal, socialize, or whatever you wish.
8:00 AM- Morning yoga
9:00 AM -Breakfast
9:00 AM -7:00 PM- Open massage times
11:00 AM -Wellness Workshop
12:30 PM -Lunch
1:30 PM -6:00 PM- Free time to do as you wish. We can take you into the park for a hike of your choice
6:30 PM- Dinner with Chat Pack game
7:30 PM -Stress reduction introduction with guided imagery session and optional head massage
9:00 AM- Breakfast and pack lunch for a hike in Zion
11:00 AM- Canyon overlook stretching session
1:00 PM - 5:00 PM- Drop off and pick up at Zion Museum, where you will take the shuttle into the park for the hike of your choice (Angels Landing is the most popular, yet challenging hike - Plan on around 3 hours round-trip if you choose to do this hike). If you decide to do the Narrows, make sure you bring water shoes and hiking poles.
730PM- Wellness Workshop
7:00 AM- Breakfast and pack lunch for Bryce Canyon National Park
9:00 AM -1:00 PM -Bryce Canyon National Park. There is a beautiful loop hike that is approximately 3 miles.
6:00 PM -Arrive back to Salt Lake City
Please Note--Everything listed in the schedule is entirely optional. This retreat is aimed to allow you to rest, relax, and reset! If you choose to not join us for anything listed in the schedule, that is entirely your choice. Spots are limited on this retreat. We keep our retreats small and intimate and will be limiting the group to10-12 participants.
