The month of March is so dynamic as the seasons of Winter and Spring intermingle. The theme Self-Love as Fertile Soil invites the dancer to begin enlivening the inner garden metaphor and use the month to really engage in self-love practices. As many of us have experienced that without self-love there is really no place to plant our seeds of projects, dreams, health, creativity and beyond. Or perhaps there are moments of self-love that get derailed with our inner critic or saboteur. Self-Love is a practice that needs tending each day. There are many ways we can tend to our inner flame of love. Here are a few threads we will be weaving as we dance through the month.

I will be teaching from Baja, Mexico the weeks of March 14-27th. All of the homes we are staying if have great Wifi. If for some reason a class gets interrupted or canceled I will be happy to either reimburse you or offer you credit! I will be sending everyone a FREE recorded class, as a back up!

This entire trip process was fantastic. Pretrip communication, payment planning, accommodations, the food and activities, were JUST what I needed. My retreat experience was just lovely and filled my bucket with connection, dance, art, yoga, and time with nature. Unexpectedly, the retreat also felt very sacred and spiritual weaving in breathwork, shamanic work, cacao ceremony, a ceremonial sweat, singing, and meditation. It was everything that I knew and didn’t know I needed. Brietta held a wonderful, easy, gentle container for the retreat.
