Join your hosts, Abagail Fritz and Moussa N'Diaye in Dakar, Senegal and surrounding cities for a two week journey into the culture, daily life, and history of Senegal!

We'll be dancing, drumming, exploring local sights, and participating in local events such as tannebers, concerts, traditional ceremonies, and Senegalese soirees. Enjoy 2 x dance classes a day Monday - Friday, one on Saturdays, rest days on Sundays. Not into dancing? No problem, there will be plenty of other activities to choose from, and we'll be sure to give you a well-rounded cultural experience from cooking and language classes, to learning about local hot spots, to experiencing nightlife and traditional customs. You will be well taken care of by your hosts, Abagail and Moussa, as well as our team of local collaborators. This trip is specially curated to accommodate all levels of dancers, drummers, and folks with other interests.

2 dance classes/day Monday - Thursday. One on Fridays and Saturdays
All planned group meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner with some snacks between. All group meals are home cooked. Tea, coffee, purified water provided at meals.
Single and shared room options available.

We'll invite some locals to share cultural information about certain traditional events or activities the group partakes in, to give you knowledge and information.
Some group cooking classes for those interested. Learn how to make some of Senegal's most iconic and delicious dishes!
We'll lounge and rejuvenate at some of Senegals best beaches.
For all regularly schedule group activities your transportation is covered. (Personal outings arranged outside the group schedule are not included)
All participants should fly into Blaise Diagne International Airport
If you want to take private dance, drum, or language lessons, this is a separate charge.
Any personal trips are separate charge. We can arrange a tour guide to accompany you if you want to do something on your own, at your own charge.
Aside from scheduled meal times where we'll provide some purified water, participants will be responsible for keeping themselves hydrated!

8:30 pm onwards - Free time; Planned Activities such as Music Concerts, Tannebers or Local Traditional Gatherings, Club/Nightlife, etc.
