I'm in deepest gratitude for this experience! I thank you all for the most amazing retreat, all the work that went into our preparation, guidance and pre-screening and guidance for our dieta. I felt held by everyone in total safety and respect. The information we received before and during the retreat, step by step, about our preparation requirements and suggestions and the ceremonies, were coming from a place of experience and always considering our safety, so we could have a full and good and safe experience. The food was delicious and nurturing and a good balance for the dieta requirements and to keep our energy and strength up. Everything was prepared and done with love and care. The accommodation was simple but beautiful and clean and being surrounded by the beauty of the Amazon, all the plants and animals, was a true immersion into the Amazon experience. Great care was taken to screen out mosquitoes and to have clean and safe water. All the medicines we received were carefully prescribed for us individually and prepared with love and I felt fully supported to take them, with good information and my full consent. The retreat was designed with ample time for rest and reflection and we had the amazing opportunities to see and sit with Noya Rao and be immersed in the energy, to move our bodies, to develop our voice and music and learn more about the healing plants growing on the property. I really feel I found my family here and I can't thank everyone enough for their tireless work and care for us. My heart goes out to our beautiful Maestra Juanita and her ceremonies and healings, to Don Miguel and his team for the loving preparation and applications of all the medicinas and to Elio and Lindsey to support us and them so well and to all our participants, who all brought so much to this retreat. Now the work in the outside and inside worlds begins. Thank you for giving us the opportunities for our integration support. My heart is wide open and full of love and gratitude for you all.

This trip was truly life changing. The hosts Lindsay and Elio went above and beyond to cater to us and ensure a wonderful experience. I deliberately went into my whole experience with an open mind and not having too many expectations about the outcome as this was my time working with the plant medicine in the jungle. Needless to say, it exceeded anything I could have imagined!! Don Miguel is such a powerful Maestro and yet his presence is so loving, kind and supportive. I felt so safe when going into ceremony for the first time. Kris and Mathis, our facilitators for the retreat - thank you both so much for everything you did for me. The chats, the medicinal songs and getting to know you both better. To the attentive staff who become like family, and the incredible souls that I got to share this whole journey with - THANK YOU! You have truly impacted me for the better. Our shared time in the jungle will forever be imprinted in my heart and I am so grateful that this was my first sitting with Grandmother Ayahuasca.
