11:00 AM: Choose a Guided Adventure or Activity Select an activity tailored to your wellness journey. Amy Walker will assist you in scheduling your activities in advance before your arrival.
1:00 PM: Group Lunch (Optional) Indulge in a nutrient-rich, thoughtfully prepared lunch that balances flavor, health, and sustainability. You are free to join the group or dine at your convenience.
2:00-4:00 PM: Rest and Relaxation Take time to unwind by the pool, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, or indulge in a rejuvenating spa experience.
4:00 PM: Optional Wellness Offering Choose from a variety of optional wellness offerings, including yoga, educational workshops, or other activities designed to support your personal wellness journey. Amy Walker will assist in scheduling this in advance based on your interests and preferences.

6:00 PM: Group Dinner Join us for a delightful group dinner where you can savor Miraval’s exquisite, health-focused cuisine and engage in meaningful conversations with fellow guests. Dinner reservations will be made for our group each day. This time is optional, and you are free to dine at your preferred time. Reservations are required for dinner.
