On this trip, you’ll hike through the beautiful Panthertown Valley in North Carolina’s Nantahala National Forest, seeing seven awe-inspiring waterfalls and mountain views along the way.
Panthertown Valley in North Carolina’s Nantahala National Forest is literally filled to the brim with waterfalls, gorgeous views, and picturesque forest streams, and yes, we do mean literally.
This 14-mile sightseeing adventure will take you through a gentle loop through and around the Panthertown Valley Backcountry Area, past Granny Burrell Falls, Schoolhouse Falls, Riding Ford Falls, and many more.
To put it simply – not much.
We at World’s Best Adventures want to ignite your passion for the outdoors, whether you’re new to hiking and the outdoors or a seasoned backpacker. Sign up for this trip and we’ll provide the biggest most expensive pieces of gear you’ll need; breakfast, dinners, snacks, drinks and goodies for the duration of the trip; and a slew of lessons on hiking and the outdoors from seasoned professionals.
You’ll bring yourself (duh), clothes, boots, a sleeping bag (which we can help you find or even provide for an additional cost), spork and a few other essentials.
