About this trip

Are you ready to reclaim the joy sexual trauma has taken from you? Heal with us in a 3-day retreat designed to give you a safe healing space to release womb trauma and reclaim joy. During this retreat, we will hold space together as survivors through workshops and discussions to first release the traumatized energy in our womb space and then; create a new vision of the joy we want to cultivate. We cannot change what happened to us, but we can choose not to let it define us. In this retreat, we will give our experiences a voice. We will transmute the energy of our experiences into energy that better supports the joy of life we wish to cultivate.

Meet Your Hosts

Jazz Heals | IG: jazz_heals TikTok: jazz_heals

Jazz Heals is a nonbinary astrologer, artist, writer, and trauma survivor. After several years of therapy, they have acquired multiple tools and skills to process their traumas. Jazz Heals has learned how to tune into their Spirit and use astrology to assist in their healing process and now extends those “spiritual nuggets” coupled with their personal experience to aid others on their journey. Their intention is clear “ I heal myself so it will multiply.” They move in alignment with this intention by holding space for others as a facilitator while offering the transparency of their own experiences, triumphs, and struggles. They strive not for perfection but for authenticity. “I offer the best of who I am in this moment. And that is enough.”

Maya Maat | IG: thejoyouswomb TikTok: theboujeeluminosity

Maya Maat (she/her) is the founder of The Joyous Womb LLC, based in Charlotte, NC. She is a registered yoga therapist and a certified birth doula who specializes in holistic womb health. Maya uses yogic tools of the 8-Limb-System and indigenous practices/knowledge to facilitate healing on a mental, physical, and energetic level. Through her personal experience with navigating and clearing various womb space traumas, Maya is inspired to assist other women along their journeys. While womb work can be heavy, the joy, passion, and creative energy cultivated in that space is life-changing. Maya not only embodies joie de vivre - but also holds space for others and provides them with the tools to do the same.
