Shakti Summer Retreat – Come to enjoy the sweetness of life in Sicily

Sicily is inviting us to unwind, relax and get a sweet taste of the Italian way of life. Imagine nourishing locally-grown and home-made vegetarian food, swimming in the outdoor pool surrounded by stunning nature, walks in the hidden oak forest and exploring the banks of our “private” river. Our retreat center, a 17th century typical Sicilian Masseria, is the perfect environment for self-renewal and revitalization; an energizing place where you can relax, truly be yourself and deepen your connection with nature.

Join us for a week of juicy feminine practices including Yoga (Tao Tantra, Tantric Hatha & Vinyasa, Yin Yoga), Meditation, Pranayama, Kundalini Kriyas, Journaling, Chakra Dance and just so much fun with a group of like-minded women. Oh sweet life, we are ready to get activated! Are you?

This was such an expansive trip for me. From Rishikesh, to Varinasi, to Goa - each location provided a special key to a different part of my heart. Alexia provides such a safe and comforting container for exploration. Mama India can provide some unexpected twists and turns but I never felt anxiety at all. Especially if you are a first time pilgrim to India, I highly recommend choosing her as your guide. Namaste.
