This training is a holistic, integrated approach to vinyasa yoga. The training will be split into 5 modules. The first 60 hours in Jinja teaches students the fundamental philosophies and practices of yoga, empowerment and leadership, being of service to others and how to create and serve an outreach community.
The final 140 hours will be in Lake Mburo National Park and prepare students to teach. We will also cover the fundamental philosophies and subtle energy practices of yoga.
Also included in the training:
~1 month online guidance and support prior to the training.
~Kundalini Sadhana each morning.
~A service (seva) project with wori (www.wori.org) a womens right initiative in Jinja.
~Game drives in Lake Mburo National Park and many exceptional bird spotting and animal watching opportunities.
~An opportunity to join the community practice in Jinja.
~A percentage of your training fee contributes towards 4 Ugandan women to join the training
Lodging, most meals and travel between Jinja and Lake Mburo.
Travel to and from Uganda. Travel from airport to and from training site.
