DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS 

Make your reservation early to keep your monthly payments low. 

FINAL PAYMENT IS AUGUST 10, 2023 

1. Any reservation made after the deposit deadline are subject to room availability

2. Each roommate must pay the deposit for the room to be reserved.

3. Payments are invoiced through Wetravel. You will receive payment email reminders to the email address used to register. 

4. If you need to make any changes to you reservation, please do so by email to info@opulencetravelagency.com. We are here to make you experience as seamless as possible. We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned.

5. Participation in the festivities can only be purchased from the organizers of the group. Only registered guest are permitted to participate in private activities.
