Had an amazing time visiting Chichen Itza and beautiful cenote with Alberto. He was extremely knowledgeable and nice - great to talk with him. The ride was comfortable and the lunch delicious. Loved the chicken lime soup. Highly recommend Kay Tours and Alberto!

Our Deep Sea Fishing Excursion was Fantastic!! Joaquin was very informative and answered all of my questions when I initially reached out to inquire about this excursion for my fiancé's bachelor party the week of our destination wedding in Cancun. The guide, Mauricio helped ensure that the guys had a great time on the water and off. He was very friendly and sociable with our group of 15 guys. He even took us to some local markets/shops while the captain prepared our catch. Captain Abel was also terrific. He prepared the fish to perfection! All of the guys said that it was the best fish that they have had. The weather was a factor - Extremely Windy and several of the guys were green from being sea sick, despite that they all said they would definitely book again with Kay Tours!

I had a great time. A wounderfull day, Jessica and Franco were very kindly and helpful. They did make wonderful pictures and told very interesting things. The food was delicious.

I decided to spend the extra money and book a private tour thru Kay Tours. I had previously booked thru Kay Tours to see ruins, senote and mexican village lunch, and was so impressed so although the hotel offered the same tour as I wanted I knew we would enjoy our sightseeing so much more thru Kay tours. A private driver and tour guide, Terry, picked us up on time at our hotel, Barcello Tropical, and took us to Tulum, a fabulous Senote and swimming with the turtles. We started at 830 AM and finished at 5 PM, so if you want to stop for lunch start earlier. Terry and driver were amazing. Well informed, kind and considerate beyond belief. You will not regret a private Kay tour as it will be a memory you will never forget. Individual attention, abiltiy to set your own pace and where you want to go and individual attention makes you feel special. As a non swimmer I was made comfortable and equal on the water adventures. I cannot say enough about this company and how they share their knowledge and take pride in their excursions. I hope to return to Mexico and enjoy another adventure with Terry who gained our respect and friendship.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. This isn't my first time using this company and it most definitely will not be my last. I've repeatedly recommended them to all of my friends and family. Professionalism, timeliness, friendliness and information are always top tier.
