Group Pricing Summary and Contract:
This group will have exclusive use of Still Waters Retreat with the exception of staff and owners. Nightly bonfires will be held, weather permitting. Guests may use kayaks and canoes at their own risk, as well as hike in the woods, enjoy the sunrise yoga platform, and engage with the property in the great outdoors. All guests are required to sign liability waivers.

All beds are made with thoughtfully appointed, comfortable sheets, blankets, and pillow. Each guest is provided with one towel set. Please bring your own eco-friendly toiletries and if you have a favorite pillow, feel free to bring that, too.
Wifi throughout main house and sporadic areas on the property. We suggest social media be restricted to one hour before dinner on the first night then put devices away until the end of the retreat. This is up to the group leader.
All meals are served family style in the Still Waters Dining Room and/or with outdoor seating when weather-permitting. We use non-GMO, local and organic ingredients whenever possible. We work with chefs that align with these preferred principles whenever possible.

Minimum Rate: $2,017.74 for up to 5 guests in the main house. $375 each additional guest.
Includes all accommodations, vegetarian meals and site usage. Includes all required CT Bed & Breakfast Occupancy (11%) and Sales Taxes (6.35%). Includes creation of your online booking form through WeTravel.com.

Balance of $1267.74 will be collected from initial registrants. Any funds earned above that balance will be distributed to the group leader for the first five guests. Recommended retreat cost is $550-$750 per guest due to the current market. If there are less than five registrants, group leader agrees to pay the balance to hold their retreat. Each additional guest is charged $375 per person with balance above that amount distributed to the group leader.
A $200 security deposit* shall be written as separate check to be held then voided
after the retreat with no damage or theft of items.
Non-profit organizations: For overnight retreats, an event is only non-taxable if the organization provides a tax exemption certificate. Pre-approval is required by the Department of Revenue Services (certificate 119) and the retreat must be paid for by the exempt entity (not an individual).
We will create your online reservation form for you (and add you as a collaborator) on wetravel.com. We will accept all the reservations and share the information with you, as well as provide payouts to you. We can add your itinerary and create a simple way for guests to sign up. This will give us the option to share the same listing on all our social media outlets as well as provide embeddable and consistent information for your and our website.
Added value (if desired):
Group leader may stay in Cottage Duality at no additional cost if 10 guests are reserved in the main house. If less than 10 guests, group leaders will need to pay full rate. Note that the cottages are not heated.

Reservations, Cancellation and Refund Policy: Reservations are first come, first served. We know that plans can go awry. However, we rely on your Reservation Deposit and a cancellation costs us time and money. We are not a big hotel chain that can offer same-day cancellations. When you enter into a Rental Agreement with us, you are informed beforehand that our Refund Policy is as follows: If an advanced cancellation is necessary (60 days or more in advance), 50% of your Reservation Deposit and Payments may be applied to a future reservation and is otherwise forfeited. After this time frame, cancellations will be considered a No-Show, and there will be no refund. Once you arrive at Still Waters, No Refunds will be given due to the weather, your change of plans, or an early departure. We are not responsible for acts of god and nature including power outages.
Check-in time is 4 pm for overnight guests. Group leader may arrive at 2 pm.
Check-Out time is 12 pm-2 pm.
