SEASONAL RETREAT

Autumn serves as a time to unwind from the hot Summer months - a potent time for Yogic and body-based meditation practices. This retreat will warm your soul and spark the energy giving you the fuel that will allow you to flow through the coming months. The land of Mt. Shasta is becoming an increasingly popular vacation spot for good reason. The healing of the land can be felt in the body, and it truly a special place on Earth.

THE LAND

Hestia Retreat Center in Mt. Shasta, is known as a magical sanctuary for rest, connection, and transformation surrounded by a flowing creek, labyrinth, garden, and 10-acres of forest.

Mt. Shasta is known worldwide to be the Root Chakra of the planet and is the tallest mountain in the Continental United States. Expect the land to make you feel grounded, rooted, and connected with yourself and purpose.  The land is known worldwide for its energy vortexes. An energy vortex is a rare place on Earth that is considered a natural phenomenon. When in these locations, one often reports experiences that are energizing, nurturing, and balancing. It is said that an energy vortex provides the ability to easily receive direct guidance - a euphoric connection with the divine.
