Riu Palace Baja California is an adults only, all-inclusive resort set on El Medano beach in Los Cabos. A Valid Passport Book is required for International Travel!!

You will need to submit a photo copy of your passport prior to final payment being made.

 Very Important!!  Be sure to select the correct room type based on the number of occupants. When selecting your room, please make sure to change the participant number based on the occupancy level. For example, if you are doing double occupancy you'll select 2. This allows for the room total to be properly calculated.

Question: Can we add extra nights to this package?

Answer: YES you can!! The addition of Pre/Post nights is available. Just send an email to daishad@3dxscursions.com for more information.

Question: What Airport will I be flying into?

Answer: SJD - Cabo San Lucas International Airport

Question: Can you assist with booking flights?

Answer: Absolutely! To have flights added to your package or booked separately please contact daishad@3dxscursions.com Please note that Flights may be require to be be paid in full at time of booking.

Question: Can Final Payments be extended?

Answer: NO!! Due to contract agreement with the resort, final payment cannot be extended.

Question: Can I add/remove/name change to roommate assignments?

Answer: Yes! Please note that if you add/remove your roommate assignment your pricing does change based on occupancy level. All roommate name changes and occupancy changes must be done no later than March 15, 2022. Any name changes will result in a invoiced fee of $50. Invoice must be paid before changes are made.

Question: Can I bring my children or spouse on this trip?

Answer: No children will be permitted as this is an Adults Only Resort-18+.

Question: Do I need a passport to travel?

Answer: “YES” A Valid Passport Book is required to travel Internationally. Passport Instructions can be found via https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html.

We rely on the payments from our guests to produce the weekend events. When a room is booked, to secure that room we purchase the room from the resorts before payments are completed by our guests which is how we're able to offer discounted rates and payment plans. ALL initial deposits and subsequent payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

3D Travel Xscursions highly recommends that every traveler purchase travel insurance. Trip insurance will be the only way to redeem a portion of your unused travel if a situation occurs in which you cannot travel. Travel Insurance is an additional cost. Any questions regarding policies and coverage should be directed to the selected travel insurance provider.  To purchase travel insurance please send an email to daishad@3dxscursions.com for a quote. 

Please note that cancellation of one, multiple or all guests can result in change in pricing for remaining booked guests per reservation.  If your roommate cancels their reservations, your account will be adjusted to the package price according to the new occupancy in your room. You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.
