You’re not here to retreat. You’re here to reclaim.

She Rises NY: The Re-Wilding Retreat is a 3-day, 3-night immersive journey for women who feel like they’ve lost themselves in the hustle, the roles, and the weight of always having to hold it all together.
This isn’t surface-level self-care. It’s your sacred interruption, the moment you step away from the noise and into a space where the masks fall away, old stories release from your body, and your wild, true self breathes again.
Picture mornings filled with gentle somatic movement and deep, steady breath-work that awakens every cell. Afternoons spent in soulful circles, inner child healing, and creative rituals - like burning the mask you’ve worn for too long. Wandering forest paths under the dappled Catskills light. Sitting by the fire as poetry stirs something ancient inside you.
Here, you rise from burnout and disconnection into clarity, softness, and a fierce, grounded power.
Stop sacrificing yourself. Instead, let go of the patterns, beliefs, and expectations that have kept you small. Leave this retreat feeling alive, embodied, and fully you, with a nervous system rewired for freedom and a clear vision for your next, untamed chapter.
This is your invitation to remember who you are… and rise.

Digital Day 1 is your sacred threshold—a guided initiation offered the moment you say yes, so you arrive already softened, aware, and ready to rise.
A 3-Day, 3-Night Immersion to Let Go, Wake Up, and Come Home. Step over the threshold into a life that feels like yours.
Before we gather in person, you’ll begin your journey with The Threshold—an at-home experience to help you land in your body, soften your edges, and begin the sacred work of unmasking.
You’ll meet the mask you’ve worn to stay safe. Through guided somatic practices and reflection, you’ll begin the gentle unraveling and start creating new safety from within.
A centerpiece of this experience is the Ho’oponopono ritual, an ancient Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and reconciliation. You’ll use it to begin releasing the old stories and self judgments you no longer need to carry.
Theme: The Unmasking Begins
We begin with an opening circle to settle into the space and soften into presence. Through breath, body, and stillness, you’ll learn gentle anchoring techniques to ground your nervous system and return home to yourself.
(You will be guided through a soft initiation and invited to introduce yourself and enter this sacred journey of healing, not from your mind--but from your soul. Larissa makes this effortless and fun with imagery and play.)
You’ll meet your Creatura—an inner animal guide—through visualization and somatic practice. (The Creatura is a powerful subconscious allie who will remain with you once initiated and support you throughout the practices ahead-- anchoring safety and aiding in true integration.)
(Then we will walk the land together, attuning to nature and the wild within. Integrating the magic of the morning with real, live footsteps and breath-- we call this Walking in Beauty, an ancient Navajo practice emphasizing walking in harmony with ones self, nature and the universe.)
In the afternoon, we explore the masks we wear to be accepted, successful, or safe. Through guided reflection and a hands-on art process, you’ll create and share your own mask. This is where the unraveling, (and the fun) begins.
As the day softens, we move into compassion and integration. A mirror ritual offers space to witness & release old identities with tenderness. We close with journaling, reflection, and a nourishing evening together.
Theme: Reclamation & Permission
We begin with gentle movement and grounding alongside your Creatura, returning to the body to create space for what’s ready to rise. Today, we reclaim the emotions we were taught to suppress—grief, rage, desire—and recognize them as sacred (expressions guiding use to our deepest truths and rightful boundaries.)
Together, we break the “sorry” spell and unlearn the need to shrink. Through embodied practices and ritual, you’ll feel what it’s like to take up space unapologetically.
Then, we journey inward to meet the younger self who first put on the mask. Through a profound inner child healing practice, journaling, and play, you begin to re-parent and reintegrate the parts of you that were silenced to survive. (And breathe life back into your true essence.)
In the afternoon, we shift into sensual expression—wearing something that makes you feel alive, soft, powerful. You’ll move, breathe, and feel into your (embodied self) with presence and reverence.
Through partner witnessing, meditation, and heart-sharing, we close the day in truth. This is the day you remember her. The one underneath it all. The one who never left.
Theme: Integration & Embodied Return
The final morning begins in stillness, connecting once more with your Creatura and the truth that now lives inside your body. Through meditation, you meet your maskless self-face to face. You ask her what she knows. (You listen, with new clarity - and anchor in your intuitive knowing.)
We journal to remember. To anchor. To integrate. (And for keepsake.)
In the afternoon, we prepare to return, not to who we were, but to who we are. A powerful activation connects you with your future self, fully alive and unmasked. You rehearse this version of you, not as an idea, but as a felt experience.
Then, we gather for our closing ceremony.
At the fire, we burn the masks that no longer serve us. We speak aloud the truths we’ve reclaimed. You receive a parting gift, something to carry home that remembers the woman you met here. We seal it all with movement, reflection, and one final circle. Not goodbye, but a return to self. (OR as they say in Hawai'i 'A Hui Ho' - Until We Meet Again.
