Join us on the shores of Lake Michigan for a transformative weekend New Moon Yoga Retreat designed to help you pause, reconnect, and set powerful intentions for the cycle ahead.

This immersive experience brings together yoga, meditation, ritual, nature, and community during one of the most potent energetic times of the month—the dark, quiet New Moon.

Wake to sunrise over the lake. Move your body with mindful flow. Explore your inner landscape through workshops, journaling, and guided intention-setting practices. End each day with a group gathering, moonlit stillness, and the grounding sound of waves.

Day Passes

If you'd prefer to have your own accommodations, please visit us during the day!  

A day pass includes access to the property and all other amenities as well as the opening & closing ceremonies, meditation, pranayama, yoga, any other group activities and snacks, breakfast, dinner and drinks.  

You'll also be able to book massage & other spa services (as available). 

A single day is $90 and a 3 day pass is $150.  

Daily Schedule

(subject to gentle, intuitive shifts—this is a retreat, not a race)

Friday

2pm: Check in 

5pm: Welcome circle/opening ceremony 

6pm: Dinner 

7-815pm: Recharge & Restore Yoga (an incredibly relaxing class, all poses are reclining or lying down and held for 7-12 minutes, the goal is to fall asleep, essential oils and gentle touch are part of the class)

Till bedtime: Open discussion around fire/evening walk or hike/stargazing/meditation


This retreat is a choose your own adventure!   Grab a cup of tea and head to bed for a restful night's sleep.


Saturday

7:00am-7:30am: Meditation/pranayama or hike/sleep

8am-9am: Yoga 

9:30-10:30am: Breakfast

10:30a-5:30pm: Choose your own adventure 

6pm: Dinner

Till bedtime: Moon cards & discussion circle, evening walk or hike/stargazing/meditation


Sip fresh coffee or tea and enjoy (an always optional) morning meditation or hike followed by an optional outdoor (weather permitting) yoga class with a spectacular view. 


Sunday

7:00am-7:30am: Meditation/pranayama or hike/sleep

8am-9am: Yoga 

9:30-10:30am: Breakfast

10:30a-5:30pm: Free time! Choose your own adventure

  • Group will be heading to explore Sheboygan’s piers, parks and downtown area

  • Optional- onsite spa treatments: massage, facials, etc

6pm: Dinner

Till bedtime: Discussing intentions in circle, evening walk or hike/stargazing/meditation


Sip fresh coffee or tea and enjoy (an always optional) morning meditation or hike followed by an optional outdoor (weather permitting) yoga class with a spectacular view.


Monday

7:15-8am: Hike/journal/meditation

8:15-9:15am:  Yoga

9:30-10:30am Breakfast 

10:30-11am: closing

11:30am: Lunch 

1pm: departure


Wake up feeling refreshed and open minded and decide how you want to savor your final hours at the estate. A morning hike, sip coffee with a new friend or join a meditation.


Enjoy for breakfast & a hearty lunch  and join us as we close out our weekend with open discussion and reflection time during our closing ceremony.
