Wake to sunrise over the lake. Move your body with mindful flow. Explore your inner landscape through workshops, journaling, and guided intention-setting practices. End each day with a group gathering, moonlit stillness, and the grounding sound of waves.

A day pass includes access to the property and all other amenities as well as the opening & closing ceremonies, meditation, pranayama, yoga, any other group activities and snacks, breakfast, dinner and drinks.
You'll also be able to book massage & other spa services (as available).
A single day is $90 and a 3 day pass is $150.
(subject to gentle, intuitive shifts—this is a retreat, not a race)

5pm: Welcome circle/opening ceremony
6pm: Dinner
7-815pm: Recharge & Restore Yoga (an incredibly relaxing class, all poses are reclining or lying down and held for 7-12 minutes, the goal is to fall asleep, essential oils and gentle touch are part of the class)
Till bedtime: Open discussion around fire/evening walk or hike/stargazing/meditation
This retreat is a choose your own adventure! Grab a cup of tea and head to bed for a restful night's sleep.
Saturday
7:00am-7:30am: Meditation/pranayama or hike/sleep
8am-9am: Yoga
9:30-10:30am: Breakfast
10:30a-5:30pm: Choose your own adventure

Optional- onsite spa treatments: massage, facials, etc
6pm: Dinner
Till bedtime: Moon cards & discussion circle, evening walk or hike/stargazing/meditation
Sip fresh coffee or tea and enjoy (an always optional) morning meditation or hike followed by an optional outdoor (weather permitting) yoga class with a spectacular view.

10:30a-5:30pm: Free time! Choose your own adventure
Group will be heading to explore Sheboygan’s piers, parks and downtown area

Wake up feeling refreshed and open minded and decide how you want to savor your final hours at the estate. A morning hike, sip coffee with a new friend or join a meditation.
Enjoy for breakfast & a hearty lunch and join us as we close out our weekend with open discussion and reflection time during our closing ceremony.
