7-8:30am - breakfast
8:30-9am - meditation
9-10:30am - asana

5-6:30pm - asana
6:30pm - dinner
8:00pm - meditation
FREE TIME: stargazing on the beach, cocktails in a hammock, lounging on the veranda, early to bed, late night chats - you choose!
