Valerie & Serena will offer morning and evening classes. All props and mats are provided.
We'll set sail to the pristine Egadi Islands just off the coast of our retreat center.
We'll tour this ancient city with an archeologist as our guide.
We'll ride the cable-car from Trapani up to this medieval town—walk around the cobbled streets & enjoy Sicilian desserts!
Want to learn about Sicily's history & culture before traveling there? We'll choose some books & films & discuss them (virtually and/or in-person). This is totally optional, of course!

Palermo (PMO) is the recommended airport, about an hour drive from the retreat center. Trapani airport (TPS) is a 15-minute drive from the retreat center, but offers fewer flights.
Guests are highly encouraged to rent a car at the airport and/or ride-share with others. Local transportation, including airport transfers, can be arranged for a fee (est. $250-$500)
There is no shortage of wonderful things to experience, including Sicilian cooking classes, wine tasting, Sicilian ceramics, kitesurfing, visits with local cheesemakers, watercolor classes, and more!
Guests will be on their own for lunch on the day of our group excursion to Selinunte
The retreat center has a wonderful selection of local wines for purchase from their private cellar. (Starting around $15 per bottle)
