Nestled at one end of a gorgeous alpine valley, SHS is the perfect setting to unwind, stretch, soak, and dive deep into self care.
Please note: the hot springs areas are clothing optional. Nudity and bathing suits are both normal.

Arrive and Exhale
Arrive as early as 4pm friday, Farm to table dinner will be served at 6pm. After dinner we will meet in the yoga room for an opening circle and gentle yoga practice.
