A journey of self-enquiry for the revelation of the true nature, the spiritual heart.
In this three day retreat, we will dive into asking ourselves the fundamental question: « Who am I? » We go beyond name, gender, role in society, personal stories. Not by suppressing or bypassing but by realizing that if I can become aware of all of this, then who is the one that is aware.
Pointing us to the revelation of the heart. That infinite stillness, depth and intimacy of our being, the divine self Atman.
It is a truly precious time, a beautiful gift that you can give yourself to understand the mind and life.
Based on the meditation retreats and teachings of Hridaya Yoga. A variety of approaches to reveal the spiritual heart are offered. The techniques are based on the teachings of the great sage Ramana Maharishi and the approach of Advaita Vedanta (non-duality), complemented with a variety of approaches from Tantra, Christian esoteric, Sufi, Buddhist, and Kashmir Shaivist traditions, etc.
To support the retreat complete Mouna(silence) must be held by all attendees. Without any external distractions, we shift the awareness to deeply interiorize. The atmosphere will be one of love and support.
May the sacred tremor of the Heart Enlighten our Lives.
