Being in silence transforms us. Explore 4 days of meditative silence with creative guidance to allow a deep inner journey.
Are you curious to remember that inner calm feeling? Do you remember how it feels to put your phone away for several days?
How does it feel to eat in silence, walk in silence, sit in silence?
This retreat is perfect for first-time-meditators as it offers a variety of powerful, supportive tools for self-observation, and emotion regulation for you to quiet the monkey mind.
There will be a daily breathing session, mindful movement, intuitive writing, and drawing.
We commit to creating a safe, healing space where everyone can explore, what silence can transform within us.
We start the retreat with a connection circle to set intentions and review the silent time rules. Once the circle is closed we begin our journey of self-observation, less doing, more presence.
