What if the peace you long for is already here - beneath the noise and the busyness? What if, instead of trying to do more and achieve more, you slow down and embrace doing less?
In a world that pulls us in many directions, this retreat offers a gentle return to stillness and clarity - inviting you to slow down, pay attention and reconnect with the simple joy of being alive. Through yoga, meditation, journaling and reflection, we will explore the richness that arises when we release the unnecessary and return to the essential. Together, we’ll practice simplicity - not as minimalism or restriction - but as a spacious, intentional way of living. My hope is that you leave feeling renewed and more connected to what truly matters.
Set in the the tranquil refuge of Green Gulch Farm & Zen Center, our day will include: a grounding movement practice; sitting and walking meditation; periods of noble silence; a nourishing organic lunch; a dharma talk and discussion; a nourishing yoga nidra session to rest and reset.
