Refund/Cancellation Policy
Deposits are refundable up to 48 hours after time/date of registration, after the 48 hour timeframe your deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE.
Full payment or Final payment for this trip will need to be completed on or before November 15th 2025. Your final payment is NON-REFUNDABLE upon it's due date of November 15th 2025. If you cancel your trip at any time after the 1st payment has been made you will need to file a claim with your insurance provider to reclaim any funds paid towards your trip.
