The mornings will be easy going and free flowing, with complimentary yoga and meditation sessions available, as well as a balanced and nourishing breakfast to start the day. All guests are welcomed to indulge in our inhouse spa services which include massages, body scrubs, and facials. All Spa services can be charged to your account or paid upfront. Day two is all about releasing and healing. The goal is to let go of past or present traumas, clear energy blockages, and release all things hindering your elevation. The day will bring clarity as we pray and give offerings to mother nature together. Directly following lunch the group will take a collective trip to a magical, medicinal black sand beach, for a sacred healing ceremony led by your host Jamilla Garba. Be prepared to pray, cleanse, let go and receive. In the evening an Ayurvedic Chef prepared dinner will be served, followed by a special guest workshop (TBA) + a meditative cacao ceremony to close the night. 

Waking up to an alternate version of yourself,feeling refreshed, and fulfilled day 3 is the perfect day to dive into activating self love. On this day all guests will spend the day practicing self care. We invite you to spend the morning and afternoon lounging and indulging in self care, because you deserve it. This time will be specifically designated for guests to actively take time to love and honor themselves, however that might look to you. Whether you choose to float out and get a manicure, take a bike ride, or stick around to enjoy the inhouse spa, and read a novel, this is your time to shine and to show up for yourself. As you flow into the evening enjoy an ayurvedic chef prepared dinner, following a self love activating workshop designed to provide new and inviting tactics and techniques to activate self love daily into your life that will transform everything around you, the night will close with a Heart Chakra Activating sound bath with 128 Hz.

You may begin to feel lighter and very aware of yourself and your subconscious on this day, that is because your digestion is connected to your emotions and you are now on the 4th day of your Ayurvedic cleanse. The early part of the day will flow per usual with complimentary Yoga and Meditation available, as well as a balanced breakfast to get your energy flowing. Following lunch you will dive into the “Eating For Your Constitution” workshop. This particular workshop highlights the Ayurvedic way of eating. You will learn about your specific constitution and how to eat for it, to maintain a long and healthy life. This will be the time to address any health ailments you might be worried about,and you will be guided on which herbal plant medicines, foods, and spice blends to consume to heal yourself naturally and to avoid any future health disorders. As the evening sneaks its way through, the group will join in for a special curated ayurvedic cooking experience. Together you will prepare an ayurvedic latin inspired dish, designed to heal and nourish your body. During this cooking experience you will learn about where all of your produce is sourced as well as how each dish aids to your healing. The evening will close with a special surprise guest workshop followed by a special group meditation to close the night. 

Now that you have let go of past and present traumas, healed from hindering thoughts and energies, learned about eating for your constitution for a longer healthier life and activated self love into your daily practices, all of your chakras are open and you are now ready to receive. Day 5 focuses on adopting the tools and language necessary to manifest miracles into your life. The morning will flow as usual with complimentary yoga and meditation classes provided to get the day started. This particular class will focus on stillness, breathing and staying completely intentional to manifesting your wildest dreams. The manifesting miracles workshop will follow lunch, this workshop will be geared towards adopting the necessary tools and language to invite miracles into your life, faster than light speed. After a very special candlelit ayurvedic chef prepared dinner, the evening will be filled with joy, dancing and laughter as we party under the moonlight. Special guest performance (TBA).

Day six is parting day, the group will join together for the last breakfast before departure, where you will embark onto your new life journey. Collectively the group will pray, give gratitude and prepare for departure. Your Shuttles will be available to the following destinations: Juan SantaMaría International Airport (SJO) and Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR). Your bilingual drivers will assist you with your luggage to your terminal. We hope to see you for the next Six Retreat, Ghana 2022.
